GRADUATION WOHOOO :)

I just got back from MALAYSIA! and I'm finally an ARCHITECTURE graduate. woohooo :) first, I'd like to greet everyone CONGATULATIONS! finally we break free from you know what! hahah :) anyway... I dont have much pictures but I'll share a picture of me and my parents.



First of all, why is my face so big in this picture?!! haha. secondly, I didnt expect that ill get an award for being an ambassador in school. hahah :) anyway I'll post another blog about what i wore during my trip to malaysia :)

wedding dress :)

My friend(classmate) invited me and our friends to her sisters wedding last November 21st 2011. The wedding was so HUGE, bright and overall very happy. I wish her sister and the groom congratulations! anyway, here is what I wore during that day :)

btw, weddings here are not like in the philippines that you can just wear a simple dress or pants. Here, you have to actually dress up like for prom or you're actually like a bridesmaid too. It's much more work but It's actually more fun wearing long dresses and feeling like a princess all night :) anyway, chose to wear a short dress that day :)

saturday is furniture day : RUSTIC VINTAGE

I just love furniture! I specially love vintage furniture. Well, I don't really think they're supposed to be called vintage because I like the furniture that are more "country" and I think they are called vintage because most of the furniture now are more modern where they are more boxy and cold. Unlike the "vintage furniture", they are more cozy and warm. I have seen them mostly at country homes in the US. Anyway, I went to thailand last october and I found this shop called VINTAGE PASSION by design square. and I just died when when I saw their collection.

Ended up buying a vintage bird coat rack. I'm not using it for coats though, Im using it for my bags. so I hung my satchels there. Its really cute and I might buy something else If I have the chance to visit thailand again. I bought it for 1000BHT however, I think they gave me a discount because I was a tourist so I paid somewhere around 900+BHT. I'm really looking forward to going back to thailand and buying something there again.

Oh.. Last night, I couldn't really sleep again, so since I would post something about furniture every saturday, I played around with polyvore again and came up with this:

Animal Print Sweaters

It's 12:00 am and I can't sleep. So, decided to blog instead. :) Anyway, I've seen countless sweater looks for the winter season but I've gotta say, My favorite is the Animal Print sweater! Nope, not the cheetah print, or zebra stripe print but the actual animal on the sweater!



Anyway, I'm having trouble finding them here in Cambodia because it's not really appropriate to wear a sweater when its hot all year round. I saw one when I went to thailand, but I didn't buy it because I didn't know where I could wear it specially when I live somewhere hot. But then... I found out that I'd spend holidays in HK with my family and now I'm so regretting why I didn't buy one at F21!!! plus, i'll be spending new years at Tagaytay, Phils... so it's pretty cold there too. And since I'm all realizing this now at 12am, I am going to post some looks using an Animal Print Sweater... (well, how I'd wear it after I buy one hehe) Anyway.. enjoy! :)



I just love neutral colors! You can wear them in any season!



You can never go wrong with head-to-toe black! just make sure to pop in a bit of color!



I haven't really tried color blocking yet! I'm more of a monochromatic kind of dresser.. but I love the Idea. I will definitely try color blocking one time ... or more :)

I can't wait to buy an Animal Print Sweater! will definitely post a pic if I get to buy one! Post some comments about it! or maybe send me a pic of how you style yours! :)

graduation coming up!

Graduation in 2 weeks! after almost 4 years of studying architecture... graduation is here. (not looking forward of losing my allowance though haha) anyway... I have no idea what to wear for graduation, I mean of course most of the time, we will be wearing the black robe, but.... We still have to wear something decent underneath right?.... didn't really wear anything nice during my highschool grad, they made us wear our uniforms underneath. anyway, they require us to wear smart formal attire.. (or was it smart casual) hmm.. I have to check again; And court shoes. I have a backup dress already, Its very simple, camel color, with orange and navy blue bold stripes, I think it has more of a sailor feel? if thats correct... but I want to look abit more girly. so I created a look from Polyvore (polyvore.com). I'm not sure where to find a dress like this in cambodia. I should have looked for one when I went to thailand last october. but anyway, just wanted to post what my goal look would be. will be flying to malaysia on the 15th! :) This means 5 day fashion wear! haha... and I get to spend time with my family.. my friends and <3

I was not so recently in Singapore with my love :) that was i think the end of July 2011? well, I posted this cause I wanna go back! SO BAD. I remember that we bought shoes at bugis junction for 20sgd and I wore them the next day. After 12 hours, It almost collapsed after continuous walking. should've known better. but anyway, hoping to spend more time with him the coming 2 weeks! :) I'll be in Malaysia for 5 days for my Graduation!! :) I'll post when I get there.. I want to post more pictures but apparently something is wrong with my internet. :( LAME I'll post them when I get a chance!
